Victoria has built an amazing and welcoming environment. She made me feel so comfortable even though I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, and with her expert help I felt like I progressed quickly with my knowledge. It’s so much fun and great for building up core strength.

I had seen Aerial Athletica through Instagram and decided to give it a try. Victoria was so friendly and accommodating. She recommended the best classes for my skillset, as there are plenty of classes focusing on different areas for people with more/less experience. The classes are really engaging, and Victoria is very empowering and motivating. The studio is clean, private, and very spacious.

All of the people that attend the classes are lovely, and I’m so excited to keep attending!

I started Vicky’s aerial hoop classes in Newark as a complete beginner, and I’m now absolutely hooked! When I did my 1st class three years ago, I was hooked from day one. It is such a challenge which I like and the fact I am 54 I was not going to be beat. I absolutely love it. I love how it makes you feel my little safe space knowing that it’s something for me and nobody else and just for our little group of other aerialists. I don’t think I’ve ever missed a week maybe the odd week, but literally every week I attend a class it’s so embracing for me as a woman while we create beautiful shapes. It is my favourite hobby ever. we’ve laughed we’ve cried we’ve all had some kind of journey along the way. All my love to Victoria such a beautiful woman

I couldn’t recommend Aerial Athletica enough, starting as a complete beginner, Victoria has taught me all aspects of aerial from safety and conditioning to creating my first flow. My confidence and strength have grown really quickly and I attribute that to the little haven she has created where no matter your ability, you are built up and celebrated.

I absolutely love my weekly aerial classes. It is a time where I am able to fully switch off from the business of life and immerse myself in something creative and fun! Not only to I get to learn a beautiful skill, but I have also been able to gain more strength, enhance my flexibility, and improve my overall fitness. Vicky is a brilliant teacher and always provides a really loving and warm environment for her classes. All of the other girls/women who attend the classes are also really lovely, making every class feel really uplifting!

I was so nervous to try aerial and it took me a while to have the courage to go to the first class, but I’m so pleased I did! Vicky is so lovely, she put me at ease straight away and gave me the confidence to attempt each part of the flow, it’s now becoming my favourite hobby.

My weekly Cirque classes are a little slice of me time in an otherwise chaotic life as a self employed single parent. Victoria is always encouraging and supportive, she challenges you and holds space in equal measures and is a wonderful human. As a total beginner I felt empowered and now I’m getting the hang of it I feel motivated to learn more. Thank you for offering such a varied and enjoyable class.

I really like cirque because I get to try new things and it’s always been my dream to do it. It’s really fun there, Victoria is very kind, she has to be strict sometimes because it’s important she’s keeps us safe.

I am so glad to find aerial studio near me. I really enjoy the hoops and how amazing it is to see what your body can do. I love how I could get stronger while having fun doing it! My daughter (7) also tried the hoops and she loves it. Victoria was so gentle and great with her.

I first tried aerial hoops with Aerial Athletica because I was drawn to how beautiful and elegant the art form looked. Little did I know just how much physical strength it takes to be an aerialist! Now, after a year of training, I have grown muscles in places I never knew existed—and while pull-ups once felt impossible, I can now do ten. Beyond the physical strength, I have also grown in mindset, learning to be patient with myself when a shape feels out of reach, and to keep showing up until one day, it clicks—and the feeling of achievement is REAL. But what keeps me coming back is the heart of Aerial Athletica: a warm, supportive, and inspiring community that makes every moment on the hoop even more joyful!

I started Aerial three years ago little did I know then how much it would change me and my training methods! I did not expect aerial to be so challenging mentally and physically. Aerial changed my mind, pushing yourself to do the craziest things upside down whilst spinning relying solely on your body?? It’s like nothing else. Coming from a predominant body building background, aerial has made me discover a whole new way of training using only my body, I have never felt such strength from aerial and it started me on my calisthenics journey. But the best part about aerial is the community, the ladies at aerial I have met are truly beautiful souls. Aerial has and is my safe place where feel free to be myself thanks to our beautiful aerial coach Viki. I honestly cannot recommend aerial enough it’s truly beautiful for the mind body and soul.

Aerial is the only reason that can make my 12 year old daughter gets up so early on Saturday! Whatever your mood is – rest assured you will be leaving the aerial class with a smile on your face (and my daughter is definitely awake and ready to conquer the day!). I love the positive vibe and all energy that Vicky emits – making us all look forward to each class. Thanks for your personalised approach and always encouraging us to do better.

I can’t speak more highly of this lady and what she has lovingly created. I vividly remember my first Aerial Hoop lesson I walked into over 3 years ago, I knew instantly i walked into something special, first of all the amazing teacher Vicky who I also now get the privilege of having her as my dear friend, was so warm and welcoming and inspiring. The fact that she is so talented at what she does is so special, you can just stand and watch in awe whilst she demonstrates what we will be learning. The next thing I learnt was that there are such things as amazing supportive women and I was lucky enough to meet some of them here. What’s great about it is your all in the same boat, your all standing there watching Vicky demonstrate and your all looking at each other all clearly thinking the same thing, how the heck am i going to do that! But then everyone comes together, we all support and encourage each other, there’s was no comparisons or competition, just a genuinely loving and kind space where you can just be yourself and feel safe in the knowledge that you’ve found a wonderful bunch of people. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to try these classes, ability and fitness levels don’t matter, everyone will make their own personal accomplishments and will find a very special place to spend their time like I did. I have only just started Hammock and already I feel so comfortable with Victoria. She consistently encourages me and explains everything so well, it brings great enjoyment to learning such a difficult skill.

Aerial is such a fun, unique and interesting hobby where I have seen my strength, flexibility and confidence grow. It’s addictive! Victoria makes all her classes accessible for all levels of fitness and experience. Everyone goes home with a sense of achievement. Not only are her classes great for the body, but for the soul too. She provides a community where you connect with others and work towards your goal. Diversity and individuality is celebrated so you bring your true self into a safe space filled with fun, laughter and a humbling workout.

After being apart of this amazing aerial community for almost 3 years, I couldn’t imagine my Wednesday nights any different! The sense of community and support that Vicky has created is such a welcoming space and makes learning a new skill so much more enjoyable. Its made me so much stronger and its amazing to see my progression! Aerial is one of my favourite pastimes and that’s all down to the teaching and community.

Aerial is so calming and fun, I always feel so relaxed and can rely on it to make me happy. Hammock, hoop and trapeze are such a fun thing to do on a Friday night and I always recommend it to everybody.

The lessons really open up my creativity and show me how strong I really am. I like the room where we have our classes and I’ve made a few friend relationships. Victoria creates a very supportive environment when we’re at the aerial lessons. I am always enjoying my Cirque classes and working on different apparatuses.

My name is Zoe-Ann, and I’ve been attending Cirque since November 2024. I love Aerial hammock, they helped me build my core muscles and agility but I also gained more confidence when it comes to sports. I very much enjoy doing the tricky tasks of Aerial. When I first started, I thought it would be easy and simple but instead it was complicated and hard. However, I pushed through. Victoria has been amazing from the start, and her positive and patient approach helped me in every aspect of learning Aerial.
